All customers can return/exchange their order within 7-days after an order has been delivered.
Customized T-shirts are not eligible for return/exchange.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at email@example.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the return/exchange instructions will be provided.
Once our Customer Experience Team approves the return/exchange, you will have to pack the item properly in its original packaging.
The item will be picked from your location by our courier partner.
The refund/exchange will be initiated once we receive the item.
