All customers can return/exchange their order within 7-days after an order has been delivered.
Customized T-shirts and hoodies are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Only manufacturing defects or incorrect items will be exchanged.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the return/exchange instructions will be provided.
Once our Customer Experience Team approves the return/exchange, you will have to pack the item properly in its original packaging.
The item will be picked from your location by our courier partner.
The refund/exchange will be initiated once we receive the item.
