All customers can return their order within 7-days after an order has been delivered. VIP club members can return the order after 14-days.
Only manufacturing defects and wrong item deliveries are eligible for return.
We do not accept returns due to size variations. In order to avoid any return situation, we request you to go through our size chart before ordering the correct size for yourself.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
Once our Customer Experience Team approves the return, you will have to pack the item properly in its original packaging with the courier partner slip intact.
The item will be picked from your location by our courier partner.
The refund will be initiated once we receive the item.
Cash on Delivery orders shall be refunded only as Store Credits.
