• Customized T-shirts and hoodies are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Only manufacturing defects or incorrect items will be exchanged.
• In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at verification@cupidtrails.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the return/exchange instructions will be provided.
• Once our Customer Experience Team approves the return/exchange, you will have to pack the item properly in its original packaging.
• Shipping, Pickup and Return charges of ₹100 will be applicable. The same will be refunded in the form of Store Credits.
• The item will be picked from your location by our courier partner.
• The refund/exchange will be initiated once we receive the item.
